This one day course aims to teach participants the Road Code and Specialised questions that are a part of the Class 2 Learners licence testing by New Zealand Transport Agency. Participants must have held full Class 1 New Zealand Driver Licence for longer than six months to enrol for this course.

This purpose of this course is to train and assess the driving competency of holders of a Class 2 (Medium Rigid) Learner (Class 2L) Driver Licence for the purpose of waiving the requirement for that driver to hold the Class 2L licence for six months and to pass a full licence test for a Class 2 (Medium Rigid) full (Class 2) Driver Licence. Participants must hold a Class 2L Driver Licence to attend this course.

To provide the necessary skill, knowledge and professional expertise for trainee drivers to obtain their Class 5 (Heavy Combination) Driver Licence endorsement. Participants must hold a Class 5 Learner (5L) Driver Licence to enrol for this course. A Driver Logbook is also required.
